Dr. Joseph Russell

Dr. Russell is a member of the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery. He is board-certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and by the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.

Dr. Russell Kitch

Board-certified and practicing in the low country since 1991, Dr Kitch is one of only a few otolaryngologists in the state who are board certified in sleep medicine and he is a partner in this state-of-the-art facility in Summerville.

Debbie Mack, MSPAS, PA-C

Debbie is a certified physician assistant at the Charleston Sinus Center, with previous experience as a physician assistant at Low Country ENT from 2021 to 2025. Debbie works in collaboration with Dr. Russell and Dr. Kitch to provide high-quality, thoughtful care to all of our patients.

Julie Malka, Au.D.

Julie Malka is our board-certified audiologist at the Charleston Sinus Center. Prior to joining the Charleston Sinus Center, Julie was a member of Low Country ENT from 2004 to 2025. She received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Florida and has worked for ENT clinics in North and South Carolina.
