I hate to leave a “Dr Russell and his staff was Great!” or “He was awesome!” review, except both of those things are true. I did have a few minutes wait (what medical office doesn’t?), but it was very reasonable. The nurse was kind and attentive. I felt Dr Russell really listened to my complaint and concerns. Now, I am not sure if you have ever had the big ENT scope up the nose, but i have and it can be a bit unsettling. Dr Russell’s approach had me completely at ease and that alone gives him an A+ in my book. His explanation of my diagnosis was kind and clear and he answered my questions so I fully understood them. I definitely recommend him.
I was sick constantly all my life with a sore throat. I eventually met with Dr. Russell who did all of his procedures trying to figure out what was wrong with me. He came to the conclusion that my Septum was bifurcated and I needed surgery. Well, when he told me the news I was scared. I did not know how to react or what to do. I then waited another year with no surgery and I was going to different Health care facilities monthly. Doctors told me that they were not refusing to treat me or give me medicine but they were not going to give me any more antibiotics. So they referred me to an ENT, and of course I’ve already been. So, I went back to Dr. Russell and had the procedure done and it’s been the best thing I’ve ever done in my life. I’ve never had any more problems. This is the first time in my life I haven’t been to the doctor for a sore throat in over a year. I appreciate Dr. Russel for helping me. I am so glad he is my doctor. What a difference you’ve made in my life!
Great Dr! Dr. Russell is very concerned. He always takes time to explain whatever is going on. I’ve been a patient of his for about 8 years. Treated for sinusitis, nose polyps, and ear problems. Would never consider going to another ENT.

Dr Russell is fantastic. He’s extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was able to restore my breathing and sense of taste and smell which no one else has been able to in 30 years of treatment. I would definitely recommend him.

Awesome! The only doctor that was able to figure out what was wrong with me! Coolest thing of all, did it under 30 minutes! I would for sure refer friends and family! =)
