Savannah Halter

Savannah is a certified physician assistant at the Charleston Sinus Center, with previous experience as a physician assistant at Low Country ENT from 2023 to 2025.  Prior to PA school, she played a key role as scribe to Dr. Kitch for several years. She studied biology and Spanish at the College of Charleston. She earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2023.

Savannah is a native of the area and grew up in Ridgeville, South Carolina, and is excited to share her medical knowledge with her local community. She enjoys seeing and treating patients of all ages for any ear, nose, or throat issues.

Savannah works in collaboration with Dr. Russell and Dr. Kitch to provide to provide high-quality, thoughtful care to all of our patients. She is available for both acute care visits and management of chronic conditions. She is accepting new patients.
