Debbie Mack

Debbie is a certified physician assistant at the Charleston Sinus Center, with previous experience as a physician assistant at Low Country ENT from 2021 to 2025.  She studied art history at the College of Charleston and also attended Trident Technical College. She earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the Medical University of South Carolina in 2019.

Debbie grew up in the Upstate of South Carolina and has called Charleston home for over 20 years. She enjoys taking care of patients of all ages and has a particular heart for adolescents, those with special needs, and her nonagenarians patients. She is a caregiver at heart, and utilizes her medical training to continue this passion.

Debbie works in collaboration with Dr. Russell and Dr. Kitch to provide high-quality, thoughtful care to all of our patients. She also wishes to partner with her patients to understand their stories, values, and expectations in order to help them achieve their overall health and wellness goals. She strives to provide a quality visit to every patient.

Debbie is available for both acute care visits and management of chronic conditions. She is accepting new patients.
